Simultaneously, Bikaji has granted 100,000 stock options to employees with an exercise price of Rs 500 per option, vesting over three years. These actions, including the related party transactions in Nepal and the UAE, are being conducted in compliance with regulatory guidelines and represent a broader growth strategy for the company.
